14 oz. caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
German sweet chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Melt over low heat until caramels are melted. Set aside. Grease and flour 13 X 9 pan. Combine dry cake, melted butter 1/3 cup evaporated milk and stir until dough holds together. Press 1/2 of mix into pan - will be very thin layer. Bake 6 min. at 350 F. Take out of oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over crust. Spread caramel mix over chips. Spoon. reserved mixture over top. Bake 15 min. Cool and cut. Refrigerate for 30 min. to set caramel.
