1 1/2 qt. peeled sweet potatoes
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks or crushed
3/4 c. miniature marshmellows

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes 1/2 inch thick. Cover with water and cook until almost done, leaving about 1 cup of water on potatoes. Put in baking dish. Add margarine, sugar, pineapple and marshmellows. Stir together and bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
