1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 med. green pepper, sliced thin
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sliced zucchini
2 T. olive oil
1/2 to 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken, sliced thin
1/2 to 3/4 pound Italian sausage links, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 tsp. dried basil
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
Hot cooked rice

In large skillet, saute the onion, green pepper, mushrooms and zucchini in oil until tender. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon; set aside. Add chicken and sausage to skillet: cook until no longer pink. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, garlic, basil and oregano. Return vegetables to pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
