5 lbs. ground chuck 1 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. white vinegar 1 large Vidalia onion Heinz Ketchup Hamburger buns
Chop onion in small pieces. Brown ground beef with onion in skillet until done. Put on low heat and add brown sugar, stir. Add vinegar and about 1/2 bottle ketchup (12oz.) maybe more. Simmer 1/2 hour and serve.
