4 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 box Velveeta
1 block mild cheddar cheese or bag of mexican cheese
1 can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Fix stuffing by package directions and put in 13x9 pan. Boil chicken, let cool and cube. Cube the Velveeta. Add chicken and velveeta. Open mushrooms and drain; add to mixture. Mix milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup together and pour over pan. Grate 1block mild cheddar cheese and bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
