Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mix
3 crumbled pieces of white bread
2 eggs
1/4c. steak sauce
1/2 small onion - chopped
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
large can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with hands. Put into 13"x9" glass pan and mold into the shape of your choice (loaf, heart, circle, square, etc.). Pour about 1/2 can tomato juice over the meat mixture. The juice should cover to just below the top of the pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 1/2 hour.
This makes a nice gravy with the meat, which is nice over some mashed potatoes!
