1 lb. salmon
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut fish into 4 equal-sized portions and arrange in baking pan.
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary in a bowl. Brush or spoon mixture over the salmon. Cover pan with foil and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
