3 oz. Cream cheese, softened
3 T. crumbled blue cheese
1 T. chopped fresh chives
4 chicken breast halves
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
For stuffing, combine cream cheese, blue cheese and chives. Set aside.
Remove skin from chicken. Make a pocket in each chicken piece by cutting horizontally from 1 side almost to the opposite side. Spoon stuffing into pockets. Combine melted butter with hot pepper sauce.
Preheat grill to medium. Grill chicken, bone side up, uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink, turning once and brushing with butter mixture. Garnish with additional chives, if desired.
