1 lb ground beef
1 T. onion
tsp. Garlic salt
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. sliced olives
1 c. sour cream
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
small can diced green chilies
pkg. tortilla chips
2 c. grated Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry beef. Add onion, garlic, olives and tomatoes. Combine in a bowl the cottage cheese, sour cream, chilies. Crush chips. Layer chips, meat, cream mixture, Jack cheese. Repeat. Finish with cheese on top. Sprinkle with chips. Bake 30 minutes covered at 350.
