c. herb croutons
c. walnuts
3 oz. Cream cheese
tsp. Lemon pepper
2 T. butter
5 oz. Cooked chicken (approx. 1 large breast)
c. celery diced finely
c. chopped onion
1 can (8 rolls) prepared crescent rolls, cut in 8 triangles
2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 c. chicken stock
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor or blender combine croutons and walnuts. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, butter, lemon pepper, celery, onions and chicken. Roll out the rolls. Put cream cheese mixture on triangle at large end and roll. Seal edges to contain chicken mixture. Dip in melted butter and roll in crouton mixture. Let rise, then bake on ungreased sheet 15 20 minutes at 375. Serve with sauce made by melting butter, stirring in flour. Add chicken stock all at once and stir until smooth and thickened. Add salt and pepper as needed.
