c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
tsp. ginger
tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and pour into a pan and bring to a boil (an electric frying pan works great for this recipe). Add skinned chicken and cook for 15 minutes. Turn and cook for 15 minutes more, covered. Uncover and cook 15 minutes or until done. Serve over rice.
