9" prepared graham cracker crust
3 eggs, separated
1-14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. grated lime zest
1/3c. fresh lime juice
1c. frozen whipped topping thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300F.
In large bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In medium bowl, beat egg yolks, then stir in condensed milk, lime zest and lime juice. Mix well, then fold mixture into beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Chill before serving and garnish with whipped topping.
