8 oz cream cheese softened
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all three together and let it sit. I think overnight is the best so the sugar disolves. You can also add a little more vanilla if you like.

Great with apples and bananas. I think this is a great topping to add to a fruit salad. The liquid in the fruit makes this more like a sauce. You don't need much to add flavor.
