3 egg wites
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp of cream of tarter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
You need a double boiler. Put water in the bottom pot and cook mixture over the boiling water. In top pot combine egg whites, sugar, corn syrup and cream of tarter. Beat on high with an electric hand mixer for seven minutes or until mixture stands in stiff peaks. Remove from stove. Beat in vanilla and spread on cake.
