1 1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
6 chicken breast...or thighs.....whatever you like
1 envelope onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place rice in greased casserole dish.
Pour soups in a pan with milk and water, heat and mix together.
Pour over the rice.
Put chicken pieces in mixture and sprinkle with onion soup.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 2 ours at 325.

If you want thighs you can usually fit in about 10 or 12.
