1 (20 oz) can chunk pinapple, drained
3 Tbsp pinapple juice
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Ritz cracker...crumbled
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients, pour into qt. baking dish. Mix cracker crumbs and butter, sprinkle over top of mixture. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until crackers are brown. Serve hot.

I'm not sure if this is a dessert or what. When the family is together, my sister-in-law and I place it on the table with the veggies and salads we eat it with our meal and then go back and eat it as a dessert.
I normally double the recipe.
