4 cans ( 4 oz ea) mild whole green chiles
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz Montery jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs beated
5 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Split and see chiles. Place halves, skin side down in single layer in 8x8 shallow baking dish. Combine cheeses; cover chiles with half the cheese. Repeat layers. Beat togethrt remaining ingredients, pour over layers. Bake at 300 for 45-55 mins or until set in center. Let stand 5 mins before serving
