1 pkg macaroni
2 qts boiling water
1 T. salt
3/4 cup celery, diced
3/4 cup green pepper, diced
1 (4 oz) jar pimintoes
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 T. tarragon vinegar
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 can olives, stuffed (I personally prefer the green, but I think the recipe originally called for black olives)

Cook macaroni until tender. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Add olives, celery, green pepper, pimento and onion. Blend mayo with vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over salad mixture and mix well. Makes approx 1 1/2 qts.
