3-4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup mayo
1 can anchovies (with or without capers) including the oil
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Fresh lemon juice (use 1/2 of a lemon)
Cracked black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
1 head romaine lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, add garlic cloves, anchovies with oil, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Pulse until combined. Add mayo and black pepper. Pulse again until well blended. Slowly (while blender is on) stream in olive oil until desired consistency. Toss with chopped romaine and sprinkle with additional grated cheese. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.
