2 ˝ pounds - white American cheese (cut into small chunks)
˝ cup - white onion, diced (optional)
1 cup - jalapenos, diced
1 - 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
2 cups- milk
2 Tbsp. – butter

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and heat in a crock pot (or microwave if you are in a hurry –remember to cover with plastic so the cheese will not burn in the microwave)
