2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velvetta cubed
Topping:
1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package instructions.
Mix together cooked broccoli, 1/2 stick melted butter and Velvetta. Place in square Pyrex dish.
Mix Ritz cracker crumbs with 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
