1 lemon

Pepper
1Green & Red Bell Peppers
1 stick Butter or Margarine
1 Large Portabella Mushoom
Cooked Rice
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and Rinse Chicken, place Chicken in large baking pan. In sauce pan melt 1 stick of margarine/butter,squeeze lemon juice into pan with margarine/butter, use a cooking syringe, insert mixture into chicken. Pour remaining mixture over chicken, rub in. Next mix seasonings together and rub chicken with dry seasonings.Bake Cook 2 cups of rice add parsley. Chop mushroom and peppers saute in drippings from baked chicken until vegetables are tender, mix into rice. After chicken is done remove chicken and plate it on serving plate stuff with rice,mixture and place around side of chicken, decorate with parsley
