2c. heavy cream
4 eggs
2 tsp.vanilla
3c. flour
2c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Butter and flour a 10" tube pan and set aside.
In mixing bowl, whip cream until it holds a soft peak. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add dry ingredients to cream mixture. Stir gently until well blended. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. Let stand in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
