3-4 lb chuck roast 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup potatoes as desired carrots as desired onions as desired
Place roast in foil and arrange vegetables around it. Sprinkle meat and vegetables with onion soup mix, then spoon undiluted mushroom soup on top. Wrap loosely in foil, making sure it is sealed at top and sides Place in roaster pan and bake 275º for 4 hours
