2/3 C boiling water
1 pkg. (4 serv) lime flavor sugar free gelatin
Ice cubes
1/2 C cold water
1 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 C thawed whipped topping
1 ready-to-use reduced fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)

Directions:
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until complete dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water tomeasure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Stir in lime peel and juice.
Add whipped topping; stir with wire whish until well blended. Refrigerate 15 to 20 min. or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
