2 cups cubed beef 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 tsp dry mustard 1/4 cup vinegar 1 3/4 cups hot water 1 pkg dry onion soup mix
Brown beef cubes in melted butter over medium heat. Blend in flour Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture. Cook until mixture thickens. Turn to low heat and simmer 20 minutes Serve over rice.
