3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 1/4 oz pkg dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
3 tbsp butter or margarine softened
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
15-20 oz can sliced peaches or pineapple chunks
Topping: 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
3 tbsp reserved juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Grease bottom and sides of a 9" deep dish
Mix flour baking powder salt pudding butter egg and milk. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed and pour in prepared pan
Place fruit - well drained (reserve juice) over the batter in pan
Combine cream cheese juice and sugar
Combine this in small mixer bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon this to within 1 inch of edge of batter on top of fruit.
Combine 1 tbsp sugar and cinnamon over cream cheese filling.
Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes until crust is golden brown. Filling will appear soft. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
