4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast (pound out till thin if not using frozen chicken breast)
16oz jar salsa, 8oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 350 40-45 minutes.
Last 15 minutes cover top with shredded cheese cheddar & monteray jack. Make it as mild or as hot as you like it. Serve over rice.
