6oz. mascarpone cheese
1/3c. confectioner's sugar
1/3c. fat-free ricotta cheese
2/3c. frozen lite non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
2/3c. freshly brewed strong coffee
1/8c. coffee liqueur
12oz. Lady Fingers
1 1/2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat together the mascarpone and sugar with electric mixer on low speed until just blended. Using rubber spatula fold in ricotta. Fold in whipped topping.
In small bowl or cup combine coffee and liquor.
Arrange Lady Fingers in a 8" x 8" glass dish, covering the entire bottom. Using pastry brush, drizzle half of the coffee mixture evenly over cake. Gently add a layer of mascarpone cheese mixture (using half). Repeat layering the cake, coffee mixture and cheese. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
