4 c bouillon (or broth from cooked corned beef)
2 1/2 c milk
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 envelope (5 ounces, or 6 servings) instant mashed
potatoes
1 c finely sliced leeks, including tops
1 c cooked corned beef in strips
celery salt
1/4 c minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients to boil. Then add potato and beat until smooth. Add leeks and corned beef and bring to boil. Season to taste with celery salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.
