Crust:
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 cube butter, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar

Filling:
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)

Topping:
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients for crust. Press into 9 inch glass pie pan. Bake at 325 for 5 minutes.

Filling: Mix cream cheese and sugar - beat well. Add eggs, one at a time and then the vanilla. Pour over baked crust and bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until center is not jiggly. Cool for 5 minutes before putting topping on.

Topping: Stir ingredients together and spoon over cheesecake. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes.

Let cool and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Serve with fruit topping.
