1/2 lb. Bacon diced. 1 lg. onion diced. 1/2 lb. Ground Beef. 1.5 cups Light Brown Sugar. 2 15 oz cans Van Camps (plain) Pork & Beans
Over medium flame:
Fry bacon until crispy. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add Ground beef and brown, then drain about 80% of fat. Add pork & beans and mix well. Once mixture has heated throughout, ad up to 1.5 cups light brown sugar, according to taste. Simmer at least 15 minutes to disolve sugar. Serve with BBQ -
