1 tbsp plus 1 tsp margarine
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced green bell peppers
1 1/4 lb skinned and deboned chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In 4 quart flame proof casserole heat margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot; add onions and peppers, saute until vegetables are tender, 2 to 3 mins. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients; stir until thoroughly combined. Cover dish and bake until rice has absorbed liquid. 400 30-35 mins.
