saltine crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Line a jelly roll pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Line the pan with no salt saltine crackers until covered. Don't break up the crackers. Bring to a boil the butter and the brown sugar. Boil for 3 minutes, stirring often, to carmelize and brown. Pour over the saltines and bake for 3 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven, Top with a large bag of malted chocolate chips and spread out evenly. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then break apart. You can add toasted almonds to this after adding the chocolate.
