graham cracker crumbs
1 lb small curd cottage cheese
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs slightly beaten
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:

Grease 9 inch spring form pan. Dust bottom and sides with graham cracker crumbs. Beat cream style cottage cheese at high speed.and add softened cream cheese. Beat at high speed until blended and creamy. Add sugar and eggs and continue beating on high. Reduce speed to low and add cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Add melted butter and sour cream. Blend on low. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Should be firm around edges. Turn off oven and let stay in oven 2 hours. Remove and cool completely on wire rack. Chill. Remove sides of pan. Place on serving plate.
