4 fish fillets (Talapia works the best and can be purchased individually frozen at most grocery stores)
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp vegetable oil


Salad:
Fresh Lime juice
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 Tbls Fresh chopped Cilantro
3 chopped green onions
1 Tbls Vegetable Oil
2 c Broccoli slaw
1 ripe avocado

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine lime juice, Cajun seasoning, vegetable oil, cilantro and green onions. Fold in broccoli slaw and toss until well coated. Set aside or chill if done well in advance.

Lightly coat fillets with vegetable oil and season with Cajun seasoning. Grill or Broil until done.

Slice avocados and lightly coat with lime juice to prevent browning.

Assemble and enjoy!
