12 - 16 ounce brie, chilled
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and minced, reserving 1 tablespoon of the oil
2 6 garlic cloves, minced and mashed into a paste (use 2 cloves if your friends are only garlic eaters, and up to 6 cloves if your friends are garlic lovers)
1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
Use thin slices of a baguette or crackers

Remove the top rind from the brie and place the cheese on a serving plate
In a small bowl, combine the parsley, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and basil, add reserved oil and combine mixing well.
Spread mixture over the brie and refrigerate after wrapping in saran wrap. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with thin slices of baguette or crackers.
