1-1/2 cups cooked lobster meat, cut into bite-size cubes
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small wheel of brie cheese (about 14 ounces) at room temperature
Lettuce leaves for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lobster meat, scallions, celery seeds, pepper and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Just before serving, place brie on non-stick baking sheet and top with the lobster salad. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 3 minutes or until cheese begins to soften. Serve on lettuce leaves with crackers or French bread.
