1 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. nutmeg
2 T. minute tapioca
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt, nutmeg, tapioca, orange juice, and rhubarb. Place in unbaked pie shell. Top with strawberries and dot with butter. Put on top crust and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
