2T. butter
2T. flour
1c. milk
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1c. cheddar or Swiss cheese
2-14oz. cans sliced new potatoes, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour slowly.
Add milk gradually, and cook, stir constantly until thickened.
Add garlic powder and 1/2c. of cheese.
Combine potatoes and sauce in 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Note: You can also top it off with Durkee's French Fried Onions.
