1 yellow cake mix (NO PUDDING IN THE MIX) 1 small box instant chocolate pudding 2 eggs 2 cups warm water
Frosting: 1/3 cup butter soft 1 cup powdered sugar 1 8oz. cool whip
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs and water. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. Let cool completely. Prepare frosting and let refrigerate for a little while. Spread onto cooled cake. Chop up Skor candy bar and sprinkle on top of cake. Refrigerate cake before and after serving.
