1 yellow cake mix (NO PUDDING IN THE MIX)
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
2 eggs
2 cups warm water


Frosting:
1/3 cup butter soft
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs and water. Mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool completely. Prepare frosting and let refrigerate for a little while. Spread onto cooled cake. Chop up Skor candy bar and sprinkle on top of cake. Refrigerate cake before and after serving.
