5 apples peeled and sliced thin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup water

Topping:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 c. butter (soft)

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over apples. Mix lemon juice and water and pour over apples. Crumble topping over it all and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serve ala mode.
