1/2c. milk
3T. flour
1/2c. sugar
3T.butter
3T. Crisco solid shortening
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook milk with flour on low heat until a "ball" forms. Place in refrigerator until cool. Take out, place in bowl and add sugar, butter, Crisco and vanilla. Beat with hand mixer until fluffy.
