36 chicken wing drumettes Dressing:
2 T salt, 3/4 C sour cream
2 T paprika 4oz. blue cheese
1 T cayenne pepper (to taste) 2 T red wine vinegar
3 C peanut oil salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices in a large baggie (this recipe is medium), put the
chicken in a baggie and shake. Heat oil for frying. Cook 9
minutes on each side. Serve with fresh celery, carrot, zucchini
sticks, and blue cheese dressing.

A big cast iron skillet works best. It reminds me of my lovely
Grandma (Edna) Bruno who could clean a chicken wing off of the
