2 T. Olive Oil; 1/2 cup onion, chopped; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes; 1/2 6 oz. can tomoto paste; 1 cup water; 1/2 tsp basil; 1/2 tsp parsley; 1/2 tsp oregano; salt and pepper to taste.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes.
