2 C. packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 C. olive oil
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C. pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. toss with 8 oz. hot pasta or cover with thin layer of olive oil and refrigerate up to one week or freeze up to one month. It's not necessary to heat this sauce after refrigeration. Let it warm to room temperature before tossing with hot pasta.
