3 large ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/3 C. packed fresh basil leaves, chopped
2 T. olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
grated Parmesan cheese, to taste
12 oz. any kind of pasta

In large bowl stir together all the ingredients except cheese. Toss with grated Parmesan and 12 oz. hot cooked pasta
