1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage;
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed;
1 lb. Ricotta cheese;
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs;
1 egg, beaten lightly;
1 package of manicotti/canneloni pasta tubes;
shredded mozzarella cheese;
Marinara sauce (separate recipe)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta tubes according to package directions.
Brown and crumble sausage and allow to cool.

In a separate bowl, combine spinach with egg. Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, italian seasoning, etc.) Mix in ricotta cheese, bread crumbs, and mozzarella cheese. Add sausage.

Fill pasta tubes and arrange in dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
