4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 large onion, sliced
1 C. fresh mushroom, sliced
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 T. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Rub garlic on chicken breasts. Place chicken in roasting pan and sprinkle with lemon juice. Layer onion and mushroom slices over chicken. Pour tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour. Serve with cooked pasta.
