3 C. cubed potatoes               
15 oz can white beans
1/2 C. sliced celery                
1/2 C. sour cream
2 med. carrots, shredded        
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic                          
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together: potatoes, celery, carrots, garlic, broth, dill.  Simmer 25 min.  Mash 1/2 of mixture.  Add white beans.  Make a paste of sour cream, pepper and flour.  Stir into the soup.  Stir until heated through and thickened.
